Choose by the job in front of you: freight measurements, stock quantities or a label to print.
Freight, dimensions & pallets
- Container loadingEstimate carton capacity from layout, height, payload and door dimensions; compare four container types and export CSV.
- Pallets into containersCheck AU, Euro, ISO or custom loaded pallets against container floor space, door height and cargo limits.
- CBM calculatorMeasure one carton type or a mixed shipment and get the total in cubic metres and cubic feet, with a calculation CSV.
- Dimensional weightCompare actual and volumetric kilograms using your carrier’s divisor, then apply your chosen upward rounding per carton.
- Unit converterConvert warehouse measurements between common length, weight or volume units, including inches, kilograms and cubic metres.
- Pallet estimatorEstimate upright cartons per pallet from a row arrangement, available stacking height and the cargo weight limit you enter.
Counting, stock & replenishment
- Cartons & piecesSplit a piece count into full cartons and a loose remainder, or total full cartons and loose pieces for one pack size.
- Stocktake varianceCompare book and counted quantities per SKU from your CSV, review shortages and overages, and export the differences.
- Reorder plannerEstimate safety stock, a reorder point and a pack-rounded order suggestion from demand, lead times and your inventory position.
- ABC inventoryRank annual usage multiplied by unit cost, classify SKUs with your A/B thresholds, and export the local CSV analysis.
- Inventory templateDownload a blank or illustrative inventory CSV with a separate row for each SKU and location, ready to edit in your spreadsheet.
Barcodes, QR codes & location labels
- Barcode & QR labelsCreate labels in eight formats: print the batch or download the first label as SVG. Numeric formats offer explicit check-digit options.
- QR code creatorCreate a QR code for a web address, text, Wi-Fi details or an email draft, then download the PNG or SVG on your device.
- Bin labelsGenerate consecutive, padded location codes with your own prefix and note, then print plain-text labels or download the list.
How to calculate CBM
CBM means cubic metres: the volume occupied by your shipment. Use the packed outer dimensions, including any packaging that extends beyond the carton.
Example: 60 × 40 × 40 cm × 12 cartons = 1.152 m³. For mixed cartons, calculate each type and add the volumes.
Before you quote freight
Is CBM the same as chargeable weight?
No. CBM measures volume. A carrier may charge by gross weight, volumetric weight or minimum shipment rules. Confirm their divisor and rounding rules separately.
Does this predict container capacity?
It adds geometric volume only. It does not account for stacking, load restraints, carton rotation, access space or safe load limits.
How are values rounded?
Displayed values use up to six decimal places. A non-zero result smaller than 0.000001 is shown in scientific notation. Calculations use the unrounded values.
