One table. Your next task.
Import once, check the columns, then continue in the tools. Keep a project file to pick up later.
Open your data
Start with a file or the synthetic example.
First XLSX worksheet only. Up to 2,000 rows, 64 columns and 5 MB; XLSX uncompressed content up to 30 MB. Nothing is uploaded.
Paste or edit CSV / Excel columns
Applying replaces this project’s source table and clears previous result snapshots.
Match columns for the task
Check the suggested matches. Unmatched fields need a source column or one value you enter for every row.
A blank field is not assumed to be zero. Use one currency and consistent quantity units. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD.
Review source rows
Source row numbers include the header. Wide tables scroll sideways inside the preview. XLSX downloads store literal text; values are not calculated.
Field and row issues
Saved result snapshots
These describe the inputs and settings at the time you kept them. Changing source data or column mappings clears snapshots. They never update stock or send an order.
This creates a new working subset in the current project. Only positive suggestions are included, up to 200 lines. Save your project first if you want to keep the complete analysis. Review supplier, prices and quantities in the document tool.
Your data stays on your device
Files are parsed locally. Nothing in your rows, project name, settings or results is sent to analytics. Data is not put into links. Save a project before leaving if you need to keep it, and use Clear to remove the current tab’s workspace. Company logos, generated PDFs and unsaved tool edits are not included in a project.
