How this tool works

System headings print in English; your names, addresses, descriptions and notes keep their original language. Purchase amounts exclude tax and use one entered currency. No document is sent and no stock, order or payment is recorded.

Files and privacy

Where is my data processed?

On this device. The tool does not upload your data or synchronize inventory. Exports contain values only. Scan lists and results are not stored after you leave.

What if I edit an input?

Calculated outputs, printing and exports become unavailable until you rebuild the result, so a stale result is not exported.
