Two sizes in one container
- Inputs
- Use the two synthetic carton types and a 20ft example container.
- Output
- The result lists placed and unplaced cartons for each type.
Different sizes share the floor; each vertical column uses one size.
Estimate one container of mixed upright carton sizes using floor partitions, same-size stacks, door limits and payload. Inspect a 3D preview and unplaced quantities.
One container, mixed upright sizes. Same-size stacks share a partitioned floor.
Synthetic example. XLSX: first worksheet only. Up to 2,000 rows, 64 columns and 5 MB; data stays local.
Headers: SKU, LengthCm, WidthCm, HeightCm, GrossKg, Quantity, MaxLayers (0 = auto)
Up to 20 types and 2,000 cartons. Preview shows the first 300 cartons; CSV includes every placement.
Geometry only. Type colors identify the same cartons in the table.
Swipe the table sideways to see all columns.

Compares three deterministic greedy sort orders and chooses the greatest placed volume. Each floor column contains only one size, with no bridging or mixing sizes vertically. Door fit, height, entered layer limits and payload are checked. It does not optimize loading sequence or assess stability, restraint, compression, floor loading or transport approval.

Calculated outputs, printing and exports become unavailable until you rebuild the result, so a stale result is not exported.
